New This Year – World Congress registration will take place in the ISHRS Member Compass. ISHRS members must log into their account to register.

Physician In-Person Registration: We look forward to welcoming you to Berlin for the 33rd World Congress of the ISHRS! Physicians who attend the in-person congress may attend optional pre-courses, the Newcomers Program, General Sessions, M&M Conference, Live Patient Viewing, Welcome Reception, Gala Dinner & Awards, and more. A separate ticket will be required for some programs/events.

Non-Physician In-Person Registration: We will also have a dedicated 3-day Surgical Assistants Program. Only assistants/non-physician staff of ISHRS members may attend the World Congress. These sessions will be recorded and made available to Surgical Assistants who attend the program in Berlin and ISHRS physician members who attended the Berlin meeting. In order for a non-physician to register and attend, the member physician and assistant must both sign a letter of attestation and return it to info@ishrs.org.

Note: Non-physicians may only attend the Surgical Assistants Program educational sessions. Fellow Members of the ISHRS have the option to purchase a pass for their staff members to attend General Sessions.

Physicians who attend the World Congress in person will receive access to the recorded meeting as described below.

Recorded Meeting Registration: For those that cannot attend in-person, we are offering registration for an on-demand, recorded only version of the meeting post-congress. This will include recordings of all General Sessions and Masterclasses. Recorded sessions will be viewable from November 18, 2025 – February 18, 2026.

Non-Member Registration Instructions for ISHRS World Congress

1. Create a new account at: compass.ishrs.org/create-account
2. On the next page of the create account process, click the button “Continue as non-member”
3. Complete the required fields.
4. Please upload the appropriate documents to the “Document Upload” field:
   (A) Non-Member Physicians must upload their current medical license (with English
   translation).
   (B) Non-Member Surgical Assistants/Non-Physicians must upload the signed letter of
   attestation.
5. Click the create account button.
6. You will receive an e-mail from the system. Please complete the e-mail verification process.
7. ISHRS Staff will review your documentation.

8. Once your documentation is validated you will receive an email that indicates you are now able
   to register for the meeting.
9. After receiving the email, go to https://compass.ishrs.org/login.
10. Then go to the 33rd World Congress registration page: https://compass.ishrs.org/events/33rd-world-congress-of-the-ishrs/register
11. Select the appropriate ticket(s) and check out.
